Startup Builder
Want to build startups that change the world?
At Creative Motion, We believe that a lot of the problems we experience can be solved by the insights young generations have, without the bias built over many years of experience.
Problems of today, solved by people of tommorrow.
With the advancement of technology and resource availability, it is now easier than ever for a GenZ/Alpha to create outstanding projects and ideas that can revolutionize the world. We help these young people build their solutions right with the experience we accumulated ourselves when we were their age.
Our vision is to become the leading innovation space where young people can experiment, create and grow projects with a lasting impact on the world.
As a Startup Builder, you will lead the creation, development and support of innovative startups within our network. You will work closely with other entrepreneurs, engineers, marketers, designers and investors by engaging in problem identification, ideation, validation, brand creation, development, and go-to-market strategies.
Basically, you’ll learn everything required for you to start your own startup.
About Us
Creative Motion is a Gen Z-led startup studio focused on building high-impact, sustainable ventures. We provide comprehensive support from ideation to market launch, aiming to drive positive societal and environmental change.
A couple of our projects you will work on include:

- Hackathons: You’ll be helping us organize hackathons (24-48H) in High-schools, Universities and Large companies in the Central Eastern Europe region.
- Roast My Startup: an event series where comedians meet startup founders with wacky ideas, this is our newest project in the portfolio.
- Workshops: We’re always learning, and sometimes we offer that know-how to other organizations through our innovation workshops. You’ll help us identify customers and deliver quality knowledge to help them break through barriers.
- New projects: There’s always something on the horizon for us, so you might be working on a new project that comes up during your time with us. Might be even your own startup, supported by our organization.
